  • Vybavení pokoje - postele, skříně, atd. Sociální zařízení - vše vypadá nově. Velká sprcha pro 2 :-) Pobytový balíček obsahoval mimo jiné i degustace ve vinných sklípcích v okolí, což bylo velmi příjemné.

  • Čistota na pokoji velmi nedostatečná, vypadalo to, že se na pokoji chodí v botách, všude prach. Jídlo velmi nedostatečné, porce malé, večeře ohřívané v mikrovlnce, i s malým rozpočtem se určitě dá připravit lepší strava. Obsluha by si zasloužila alespoň základní kurz v oblasti základních zásad při jednání s klienty - jedná se především o obsluhování v době jídla.

  • Vstřícný a ochotný personál, čisté a hezké prostředí hotelu.

  • Velmi slabá snídaně. Bylo jí málo a nic na výběr, trocha salámu, rohlík a kousek zeleniny.

  • Penzion je nově zrekonstruovaný. Večeře jsme si mohli vybrat a nebyl problém měnit čas večeře i několikrát během dne. Vždy mám bylo s ochotou vyhověno.

  • Za čtyři noci nám v pokoji nikdo nevynesl koš a nedoplnil toaletní papír. Na některých místech bylo hodně prachu (za ledničkou, kolem dveří a pod.).
